With 24 buildings on twenty acres nestled near Lake Placid, this vibrant community's every aspect has been designed to help students develop skills and build relationships that will last a lifetime.

    Ramsey Hall: The main entrance to Waverly Academy is also home to The Ivy library and the Snack Shop, the upper floor dorm rooms are reserved for Senior Valedictorian candidates.

    The Quad: The majority of classrooms are located here, with open air gardens in the center.

    Reed House: Once the administration offices, Reed House is now the foreign languages building.

    Whittier Hall: The main dormitory for seniors.

    Langan Dining Hall: The campus cafeteria serves three meals daily.

    Lyman Theater: The recently renovated theater hosts concerts and productions, both those staged by students and from touring companies.
